                                           NUS Feedback Session

I was asked by a panel of professors today what I thought of the NUS civil engineering curriculum and whether I would recommend it to my brother. (He used the analogy of a car.)

And I couldn't answer just now  because I am a slow thinker.( I am not going to deny that.)

Now, I will answer:

"If it were a car, it is a slow car. If you are a speed demon, you shouldn't buy this car because it will never satisfy your needs. The ergonomics is also not very impressive: the steering wheel is rough and the seats have to be adjusted constantly. The customer service is apathetic. Your feedbacks to improving the car are mostly not taken seriously. But it is still a car and more specifically a cheap car. So, I will tell my brother: 'If you are rich, don't buy this Singapore brand car. But if you cannot afford other cars, then buy it because driving a car is better than having to walk.' "

"Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's  writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for."
